'SCHOOL RUN' MORNING CAMP - 9.30am
Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Once you've dropped the 'little monsters' off at school or escaped the morning rush hour, give yourself some 'ME' time
and come along to our later morning Camp in Stoke Park for 45 minutes of fat melting workouts, 3 times a
week!

Instructor - 9.30am: All sessions will be taught by Simon Dainton
What to wear: Old gym or workout clothes - t-shirt, fleece, jogging bottoms or leggings. In the colder months bring a woolly
hat, gloves and a coat. Make sure you wear trainers.
What to bring: Make sure you bring an old towel to lie on and a bottle of water (IMPORTANT)
Showers and changing facilities are not available, so please arrive changed.
Camp will run to schedule, in all weathers.
Camps run every 5-6 weeks and last for 4 weeks at a time.
